Reports have emerged claiming that Arsenal are reviving their long-term interest in PSG midfielder Yohan Cabaye.
The Sunday Mirror reported that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was close to signing the 29-year-old Frenchman from Newcastle at the start of last season but failed in a £10million bid.
Cabaye moved to Paris Saint-Germain for £15.5million in January last year. But he has failed to establish a regular first-team place and intends to talk about his future with PSG at the end of the season.
He wants to play more first-team football ahead of the European Championship in France next summer.
That will leave the door open for Wenger – and he could get his man with another £10million bid.
