Reports are out that Arsenal is attempting to win a work permit for Pedro Botelho in a bid to finally bring the versatile Brazilian to The Emirates.
The 20-year-old has spent the last three seasons plying his trade in Spain, to earn the criteria needed for an E.U citizenship visa.
Botelho has just completed a season-long-loan with Celta Vigo in the Spanish Segunda, where he made 27 appearances, scoring once.
