Reports are out claiming that Arsenal will go with a fairly experienced starting eleven for Wednesday night’s Capital One Cup meeting with North London rivals Tottenham.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger revealed on Arsenal Player that he is likely to give an opportunity to a couple of youngsters while keeping the rest of the squad settled as they look to get the better of their local enemies in the third round of the league cup.
“Alex Iwobi, and maybe Glen Kamara,” said Wenger when asked to identify ay youngster who may be given a chance at White Hart Lane.
“I want to keep the squad together. We go game by game so I will make changes, for sure.
“How many? I’ve not decided yet. It will be quite an experienced squad with one or two younger players.
“They are in and out a little bit because we travel a lot. They are doing well.
“Alex Iwobi is an offensive player and Glen Kamara is more a defensive player. I don’t know yet if he will be involved tomorrow but we will see.”
