Corinthians star Roberto Carlos has revealed that he has received an offer from Italian club AS Roma.
The Brazilian veteran is still going strong aged 37 and today there were reports he was offered a return to Serie A.
“It’s true, I was contacted by Roma,” Roberto Carlos told globoesporte.com.
“But I don’t want to go. I don’t want to leave Corinthians.”
The former Inter and Real Madrid star has a contract with the Brazilian club until 2011.
