German giants Bayern Munich is said to have opened talks with Italian club AC Milan over a possible transfer for defender Kakha Kaladze.
Having sold Lucio to Inter Milan a couple of weeks ago and seeing Martin Demichelis break down with a knee injury, Bayern have made contact with Milan for Georgia international Kaladze.
Local German newspapers have reported that AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has welcomed the approach and is ready to do business for around £4 million.
It is also believed that Galliani will seek to replace Kaladze with Lazio youngster Lorenzo De Silvestri.
