Nemanja Matic has declared that he would welcome a return to Chelsea.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is in the market for a tough-tackling midfielder and is keen on Matic, who he signed for the Blues during his previous reign in charge.
The 25 year old Serbia international is aware of the fresh interest and told TMW: “To be honest, I’d like to stay one more year in Lisbon. But surely if someone like Mourinho wants to bring me back to London, it would be an opportunity to prove that I can play in the Premier League.”
