Premier League club Blackburn Rovers are preparing to swoop for Japanese superstar Keisuke Honda.
A host of clubs have been linked with the CSKA Moscow midfielder, with clubs in England, Italy, Spain and France all said to be keen.
However Rovers are ready to test the waters with a bid of £12million for the 25 year old who is currently with Moscow.
Arsenal could also enter the race for his signature with Arsene Wenger believed to be an admirer.
