Bad news for all Brazilian fans as midfielder Elano is likely to miss the rest of the World Cup for Brazil.
The Galatasaray star limped out of training with an ankle injury which he suffered earlier in the tournament and is highly unlikely to make the line-up for Friday’s quarter-final against Holland.
Elano has scored twice for Brazil so far and will be a loss if he is unable to take his place on the pitch for the rest of the competition.
