USA international striker Charlie Davies is out of intensive care as he continues to recover from serious injuries he sustained in a car accident last week.
It is said that the 23-year old Sochaux striker will undergo surgery next week to mend a broken left elbow and could also need surgery on facial injuries.
Davis also received a broken right leg and a lacerated bladder from the incident which left a passenger dead.
Davies is now listed in fair condition at Washington Hospital after being in intensive care and now faces in between six and 12 months recovery time.
