It has been reported that Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez will not be sending an SOS to departing LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham.
The Italian believes a move back to the Premiership may be beyond the legs of the 37 year old former England captain.
He said: “I have been watching some games in the MLS and David Beckham has been doing well over there, and his delivery and crosses are still very good.
“But the pace of the game over here now is much higher. He has the feet, but I’m not sure he can cope with the pace any more.”
