Reports are out claiming that Chelsea’s deal with Roma over Mohamed Salah’s loan is being probed by FIFA.
The Daily Star reported that FIFA approved the Egyptian’s loan from Chelsea to the Italian capital in June, but only on a temporary basis.
They’re to launch an investigation into Fiorentina’s claim they were entitled to sign the player as part of a clause in his loan switch to the club last season.
Salah moved to the Serie A side in January on a deal until the of the campaign, with Fiorentina thinking they had the option to extend that loan for the following season.
However, when they tried to take up that clause, the player snubbed a move and joined Roma on a year-long basis instead.
