Interesting news are out and it has been reported that Premier League giants Chelsea FC are preparing a £15 million bid for Benfica star Angel di Maria.
British newspapers have reported that Chelsea are planning to launch a move for Di María should Fifa lift their 18-month transfer embargo.
It is believed that the club hope to delay their appeal long enough to enable them to bolster their ranks in January, in case the punishment is maintained.
Di Maria, who has also been monitored by Liverpool and Manchester United, tore Everton apart in the Portuguese side’s 5-0 Europa League win a fortnight ago and has admitted he would be tempted by a move to the Premier League.
