More transfer news are out and it has been reported that Premier League powerhouse Chelsea FC have launched a bid for Ivory Coast international striker Seydou Doumbia.
Doumbia came off the bench to sensationally score for Ivory Coast in their 2-2 draw against Germany in a friendly last night.
The 22 year-old has been linked with Liverpool in the past, but Berner Zeitungh says Chelsea have launched a bid for the BSC Young Boys striker.
Doumbia has an amazing scoring record for his Swiss club and Chelsea are willing to offer €22 million to land the youngster.
It is believed that a bumper contract worth €4 million-a-year is on the table for Doumbia to consider.
