Eden Hazard has revealed that Chelsea are determined to bring the Premier League trophy to the Stamford Bridge this season.
The Belgium international scored a penalty and provided the assist for Loic Remy’s winner as Jose Mourinho’s beat Stoke City 2-1 to open a seven-point lead on second-placed Arsenal with a game in hand.
Hazard said: “We are confident. We are first in the league and we take game after game.
“We have the title in our hands. We want to bring the trophy to Stamford Bridge.”
The Belgium international also believes that Chelsea should have beaten the Potters by a bigger margin.
“In the first half we created a lot of chances,” Hazard added.
“We played beautiful football and okay, we scored just one goal, but we deserved to score three or four.
“The most important thing was the victory and we did very well till the end.”
