It has been revealed that Chelsea are moving for Bayern Munich midfielder Kingsley Coman.
The Frenchman is on-loan at Bayern from Juventus.
Telefoot claims that Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the German club’s chief executive, has already confirmed that they intend to activate an £18m buy-out clause in the winger’s contract to buy him permanently at the end of the season.
But Chelsea and Manchester City are trying to hijack the deal.
The Premier League pair are said to have already submitted bids of £52m (€60m) and £44m (€50m) respectively.
It is reportedly up to Coman to decide whether he wants to stay in Bavaria or move to England.
