Reports have emerged claiming that Chelsea are hoping they can hijack Tottenham’s move for Fulham striker Moussa Dembele.
The Daily Mail reports that the Blues are hoping to steal the 19-year-old Frenchman who remains a target for Spurs following their failed attempts to sign him in January.
Tottenham came close to landing the services of Dembele in the winter but could not come to an agreement with the Cottagers who wanted a loan-back option included in the deal.
Now it has emerged that Chelsea are showing significant interest in the former Paris Saint-Germain youngster who has 16 goals in both he Championship and cups competitions this season.
The Stamford Bridge outfit are hoping to lure Dembele from their West London rivals before sending him out on loan for the 2016/17 campaign.
