Interesting transfer news are out and it has been reported that Chelsea FC have been given a glimmer of hope in their pursuit of Maicon.
It has been reported in the Italian newspapers that Inter Milan wants to keep the Brazil right-back and will offer him a new deal but it is believed that Inter president Massimo Moratti has insisted that he will not pay over the odds to keep him at the San Siro.
It is believed that Moratti rates Maicon as the best right-back in the world, and said that the club has not undervalued him and said that Inter consider Maicon for the value that he has.
The president also added that it was not difficult to predict that Maicon would become one of the best right-back because Inter has seen this for the last three years and his merit has contributed to Inter’s success.
