Reports are out claiming that Chelsea are leading the race for French youngster Damien Dussaut.
L’Equipe suggests that the Blues are ahead of Tottenham in the pecking order for the Standard Liege starlet.
20-year old defender Dussaut joined Standard from Valenciennes last summer and despite playing just six times in the Jupiler Pro League, could be pried away from Belgium at the end of the season.
It is believed that if Chelsea do happen to sign Dussaut, they will send him on loan to either Royal Mouscron-Peruwelz of Belgium’s top flight or Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.
