It has been reported that Championship club Derby County are waiting on a response from Manchester United over a possible loan move for striker James Wilson.
Rams boss Paul Clement has confirmed that his club have enquired about the availability of the 19-year-old who they want to take on a season-long loan from Old Trafford.
“It is a possibility but not a certainty,” said Clement. “We have shown an interest.
“He is a very talented player and a number of other clubs have shown an interest as well.
“We are waiting to hear back from Manchester United.”
