Melo was shown the red card and kicked out of the field for violent conduct.
Felipe Melo earlier scored an own goal to hand the Dutch a life-line and they took full advantage of that.
I feel that Melo is solely responsible for Brazil being knocked out of the World Cup. Firstly because he scored an own goal for the Dutch and secondly for receiving the red card and leaving Brazil a man short.
I wonder if Melo will ever play for Brazil again. What do you think?
