Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce have signed Brazilian international left wing-back Andre Santos and his Corinthians team-mate Cristian.
Corinthians said that both the clubs had agreed a deal and the players would undergo a medical and sort out personal terms in Turkey this week.
Andre Santos, who made his five international appearances to date in Brazil’s Confederations Cup-winning team in South Africa last month, played 98 games and scored 25 goals for Corinthians, winning the Copa Brasil twice and the Paulista (Sao Paulo state) championship this year.
Andre Santos now age 26 told reporters that both he and Cristian are going to reach a new objective in their respective careers.
Midfielder Cristian, also 26, joined Corinthians from Flamengo last year has decided to make the switch to Turkey for the coming season.
