Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has admitted that he is flattered by interest from Rafa Benitez’s Inter Milan.
The Spanish international striker is one of several Liverpool stars who have been associated with the Nerazzurri after Benitez took charge.
Torres told Radio Marca : “It is always wonderful to be linked with big clubs. I can’t help but be pleased and flattered,”.
“It seems to me fairly normal that the big clubs should be interested in the top players of sides who are struggling.
“For example, Liverpool are out of the Champions League, while Valencia are in a terrible economic situation.
“Aside from rumours, as far as I know there’s nothing concrete.”
