Inter Milan chief Marco Branca has reveled that the Italian champions are interested in securing the services of Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez.
The Chile international has been targeted by Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson – and his agent has admitted a move to Old Trafford is an ambition for the player.
However Branca warned after victory over Catania: “After Andrea Ranocchia, the market is closed for us, although we like the Chilean Alexis Sanchez and he is our goal.”
He also admitted Catania striker Maxi Lopez is on their radar: “Maxi Lopez? He’s a player I like.”
