Reports are out claiming that Inter Milan are willing to sacrifice one of their major players to fund a deal for Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure.
Calciomercato.com claims that Toure’s future will soon be decided, with his agent due to meet with City officials in the coming days. A new contract or a sale will be on the agenda.
Inter president Erick Thohir feels signing Toure can become a symbol of his new-look Nerazzurri and is prepared to go the extra mile to fund the deal.
However, they will still need to sell one of their stars to cover the outlay.
Samir Handanovic, Mateo Kovacic and Mauro Icardi are all under discussion to be sold at season’s end.
