It has been reported that Barcelona presidential candidate Joan Laporta has made it clear he wants to bring Paul Pogba to the Nou Camp.
The Juventus midfielder could be on the move this summer, with Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City and PSG all keen.
Chelsea officials met with Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, this week.
However, Laporta happily revealed: “Pogba is sure to be very excited about coming to FC Barcelona. I have a very good relationship with Mino Raiola.
“He would be one of the best additions. Everyone thinks he’d fit into our system.”
Laporta also insisted Luis Enrique would remain as coach should he win the election.
“It is only right that Luis Enrique remains Barca coach. And if we sign any player, it will be on his say-so.”
