It has been reported that Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes is reportedly in talks to join MLS side Seattle Sounders.
Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reportedly claims Valdes has already considered the possibility of playing in the USA and Canada’s top flight.
The report further states that the two clubs discussed a potential transfer for the keeper during United’s US tour.
The former Barcelona gloveman has already been told by Louis van Gaal in clear terms that he can leave the club before the start of the new season and it appears as though perhaps a move to MLS, where he would join the likes of Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and former teammate David Villa, could be on the cards.
