It has been reported that Manchester United keeping tabs on Ezequiel Garay’s situation at Zenit St Petersburg.
The Argentina international defender is ready to leave the Russian Premier League and is tempted by the prospect of moving to England, says Fichajes.com.
Garay is a former Real Madrid and Benfica defender and has impressed all during his time at Zenit.
The stopper joined Zenit in the summer on recommendation of coach Andre Villas-Boas.
Garay recalled: “Since finishing the first season at Benfica, there’s always been talk that I could go to Man United, or I could return to Real Madrid. They said I was looking for a home in Manchester when, in fact, I was in my house in Madrid with my wife.”
