It has been reported that Europe’s biggest clubs are on red alert after Neymar’s father could not guarantee his son staying with Barcelona.
Both Neymar and his father have confirmed contact with Manchester United over the summer. While, just last week, it emerged Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City were also keeping tabs on Neymar’s situation.
Neymar’s father admits his son’s tax problems with the Spanish government could force him to leave the country.
“We never had that big a fiscal problem in Brazil. It was after our arrival in Spain the attacks have started, and now have spread to Brazil,” Neymar told Cadena Ser.
“We are in discussions about an extension, but the tax problem is bothering us.
“If it is not solved, we cannot stay here.”
