It has been reported that Memphis Depay has revealed that he will not mute his celebrations if he happens to score against PSV Eindhoven.
The 21-year-old Dutch international winger left PSV in the summer to join United in a £25million deal after guiding the club to their first Eredivisie title in seven years last season.
Deeply admits he fully respects his former club but has made it clear that he is now committed to United and will celebrate as he sees fit if he hits the scoresheet in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
“A lot of people ask that question,” he said.
“It’s still a game for me, so if I score I will celebrate. I have respect for PSV but I play for Manchester United now.
“Of course, I was playing for 10 years for PSV before I came to United. It’s a special feeling for me also to see my old teammates and play against them so it will be interesting.”
