Breaking news are out and it has been reported that mega rich Manchester City have completed the signing of Carlos Tevez after the Argentine striker passed a medical.
The 25-year-old, who left city rivals Manchester United at the end of last season, has agreed personal terms and penned a five-year deal at Eastlands.
Manchester City also confirmed the deal has been ratified by the Premier League and the FA, and it is believed that Carlos Tevez will meet up with his new team-mates on their pre-season tour to South Africa.
Manager Mark Hughes told the club website that this is terrific news for Manchester City. He also added that Carlos is an international player of the highest class who possesses all the attributes that will help drive the club forward.
He also added that Tevez is not only outstanding technically but he is a reliable goalscorer and someone who will contribute fully to the team ethic and will definitely give Manchester City another exciting attacking dimension.
Hughes also added that he cannot wait to welcome Tevez to Manchester City and he believes that the fans will give Carlos an exceptionally warm welcome.
