Reports are out claiming that Chelsea have failed with a bid for Marseille fullback Cesar Azpilicueta.
The Sun reported that the European giants have had a £5million bid for Marseille defender Azpilicueta knocked back.
And the French club are demanding at least £8m for the Spanish international.
