Interesting news are out and it has been reported that Blackburn Rovers right-back Michel Salgado is considering a move to join MLS when his career in Europe is finished.
The 34-year old former Spain international, who spent a decade with Real Madrid, has his eye on a move to the United States once his contract with the Blackburn is up.
The defender added that he has two years left on his contract at Blackburn and that he would like to play in the MLS but that will depend on his fitness.
If the move ever happens, Salgado will join other stars including David Beckham, Freddie Ljungberg and Kasey Keller who have played MLS after successful careers in Europe.
