New Hull City boss Iain Dowie is confident he can keep the club in the Premiership.
Tim Flowers will join City as assistant manager with Steve Wigley also forming part of the coaching team.
The former Northern Ireland international will take his first training session on Thursday and he is already impressed by what he has seen.
Dowie, who wants his side to play attractive football, believes leadership will be essential and insists he has learned from his experience at Newcastle, despite their relegation.
