Reports have surfaced that Real Madrid expect to sign Santos star Neymar in midseason.
Marca has reported that Real chiefs have agreed to the player’s request to delay his transfer until after the Club World Cup.
The Brazilian international superstar will reportedly move to Madrid on December 20, two days after the final of the CWC – the agreement should please all parties.
Neymar will get his move, Real Madrid will have their player, Santos can keep him for six months and president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro will still have the player on the books for November’s elections.
Real chiefs will be in Stuttgart this week where Neymar will play for Brazil on Wednesday against Germany.
