Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that the Premier League title is now Chelsea’s to lose as they stormed back to the top of the Premier League.
After beating Liverpool yesterday, Ancelotti taunted Blues’ rivals as he insisted that the season depends only on Chelsea now. He added that Chelsea is in the top of the table and will prepare for the next games with determination.
Chelsea replaced Manchester United at the summit after Alex Ferguson’s side were held 2-2 by Sunderland on Saturday.
Ancelotti added that Manchester’s result was a surprise for sure but Chelsea wanted to stay concentrated on its own season and not the others.
He went on to say that it was an important victory against a very good team and that he is very happy.
Ancelotti also revealed that Chelsea’s aim for this season is to lose only one game and that they have already lost that.
Didier Drogba created both goals as Nicolas Anelka and Florent Malouda hit the target.
Ancelotti said that Drogba was the difference and he gave Anelka great support up front.
