Real Madrid striker Raul has again been linked with a move to Major League Soccer.
Spanish newspapers have reported that the former Spain international striker will head to the USA following the 2009/10 European season as Real Madrid are keen to move him on before the final year of his contract has to be paid out which is believed to be worth $10.3million.
The 32-year old has previously expressed interest in coming to MLS, saying that he could try playing in the MLS for a year as an experience, not just for himself but also for his family.
Recent murmurings from Spain say that the all-time leading goalscorer for both club and country could be in the States a year earlier than first thought.
This news will surely be of interest to many of the MLS clubs, especially expansion franchise Philadelphia union who could use a European star to help boost crowd numbers in their first season.
