It has been reported that Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea’s new contract does include a buyout clause.
However, the option does NOT give any priority to Real Madrid.
El Chiringuito de Jugones says the goalkeeper’s new deal carries a €35 million buyout clause – which can be triggered by any interested club.
De Gea’s salary has jumped to €11 million – including bonuses. His wages are dependent on United qualifying for the Champions League.
The Spaniard penned a new deal with United last week after failing to land a dream move to Real before the summer market shut.
