Bad news for all Manchester City fans as it has been reported that the club will be without Brazilian international winger Robinho for another three weeks as he continues to recover from an ankle injury.
It was reported that the former Real Madrid winger suffered a stress fracture on international duty earlier this month and has missed City’s last four games.
Robinho, now age 25, was expected to make a quick return but is now unlikely to be back in action until late October and manager Mark Hughes said that the player’s ankle is still in a cast and therefore the player is not training.
Hughes however said that Robinho has been training in the gym.
Hughes also said that he thinks that Robinho would be out for another two or three weeks.
