Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is confident of getting the all-clear to face Racing Santander this weekend.
Ronaldo said that he “feels great” and is now walking and running freely after recovering from his ankle injury.
The former Manchester United winger told reporters that the truth is that he feels great and that there will be tests this week to assess if he is alright.
Ronaldo went on to say that the most important thing for him at the moment is to return when he is 100 percent but added that he hopes to join the rest of the team by mid-week.
Cristiano Ronaldo also has his eyes in the upcoming clash with rivals Barcelona and said that regardless of the result it will not be a decisive match, neither for Real nor for Barcelona.
He also said that it would obviously be very important to win at the Nou Camp.
