It has been reported that Ruud van Nistelrooy insists Manchester United will benefit from it’s Dutch influence.
The ex-Reds striker is currently in a coaching role with PSV Eindhoven’s youth academy.
He told MUTV: “It’s good.
“I’m happy to see players and coaches from the Netherlands at clubs like United. It is only good for Dutch football.
“Of course, it’s impossible not to [watch United] for me. I’ve followed them ever since [I left] and I am interested now to see them back in the Champions League and making a good start in the Premier League.
“It was a good win against Liverpool. I saw that game with [Anthony] Martial scoring a great goal. Memphis and Daley are there, putting in their qualities, and they have had a good season so far. Hopefully, they can bring more to the team as well.”
