Thierry Henry has been named the MLS Player of the Month for March.
The New York Red Bulls striker was on fire during the third month of 2012, scoring five goals and providing three assists, giving him a hand in all but two of his side’s league goals so far this season.
Henry scored his first MLS hat-trick in the 5-2 win over Montreal Impact on March 31, following his brace and assist in the 4-1 victory over Colorado Rapids the week before allowing him to receive his first monthly prize for New York.
