Reports are out claiming that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is confident that the Gunners can put behind them the defeat against Dinamo Zagreb and qualify for the Champions League knockouts.
The French tactician believes the Gunners’ home games will be perfect opportunities to garner sufficient points for qualification following their shock 2-1 loss in Croatia.
“Mathematically we can qualify without any problem if we can produce our performances that we want at home,” he said.
“We have had problems starting in every competition this season. We were slow starting the Premier League and now the Champions League. I’m confident that we can put that right in the next five games.”
