William Gallas is closer to leaving Arsenal as the player and club struggle to come to new terms.
The 32-year old French international defender reportedly rejected a new deal from the Gunners as the salary was less than on his old contract and it seems as though his relationship with the London club is souring.
Gallas wants his current wage of £90,000 a week but Arsenal want to cut his salary with a year-by-year deal that will rely heavily on appearances in the second season.
