It has been reported that Ander Herrera has agreed terms with Manchester United.
AS claims that United will complete Herrera’s £29million transfer in the next 24 hours, making him their first signing under new boss Louis van Gaal.
Van Gaal has approved the deal while coaching Holland at the World Cup in Brazil, and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has swooped before Herrera’s buy-out fee rises to £33.5m on Tuesday.
Herrera helped Athletic qualify for the Champions League last season and has agreed a five-year deal worth just over £90,000-a-week with the Old Trafford giants.
The player’s camp expects Herrera to be presented to local media on Friday.
