Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has revealed that he has no intentions of heading back to Barcelona anytime soon.
The 20-year-old right-back continues to be linked with a possible return to the Catalan giants, where he spent time in the famed La Masia youth academy, but has made it vehemently clear that he wants to remain with the Gunners where he flourished under Arsene Wenger last season.
“If I’d wanted to play there, I would have stayed there in the first place,” said Bellerin. “The fact that I came to Arsenal means that I want to play here.
“The job has just started and I am not thinking of going anywhere else. I just want to cement my place in the first team, get more games and hopefully stay for a long.”
