Reports are out claiming that Arsenal are ready to bid for Manchester United defender Chris Smalling.
The Daily Express reported that the England international is on Arsene Wenger’s radar after falling out of favour at Old Trafford.
Buying a defender is a pressing priority for Wenger with Laurent Koscielny currently sidelined, and leaking late goals has become a concern too.
United have valued Smalling at £10m, and reports suggest the Red Devils are willing to part ways with the 24-year-old in January.
