It has been reported that James Milner is stalling on new contract talks with Manchester City.
The Daily Star Sunday revealed that another worry for the Blues is that keeper Joe Hart has still to agree a new deal.
Milner, though, is the pressing concern as he is out of contract next summer when he could leave for nothing.
That means City would accept a £5million offer for a player they value at £15m.
Everton, Arsenal and Liverpool will all be interested in Milner, 28.
