It has been revealed that Real Madrid legend Hugo Sanchez feels Karim Benzema faces a make or break moment at the club.
Sanchez believes that the French international needs to prove he can overcome his scoring slump to show himself worth of Real.
“Benzema needs to prove that he can overcome this pressure stage,” he said to Marca.
“He has talent and quality, but maybe the position of Madrid striker calls for more character and personality. Morata will not want to miss the opportunity.”
The 25 year old has been linked with a January move to Premier League club Arsenal.
