Reports have emerged claiming that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger won’t consider walking away at the end of the season.
The Frenchman is aware the supporters’ discontent remains – and is not about to add fuel to those fires.
Wenger, 66, who has one season left on his contract, said: “There are so many comments that I don’t need to add anything. At the moment, no matter what I say or do, it’s fashion to not be good enough.
“We won our 500th Premier League game against West Brom – and that’s not too bad. Yet it’s never enough.
“I can accept that. What can I do? The modern world is like that and we have to live with it.
“But do you think Man City have no quality players? Do you think Man United or Liverpool have no quality players? We all have quality players.”
