It has been revealed that Arsenal U21 coach Steve Gatting has welcomed back a fully fit Benik Afobe.
The England U21 international striker played a full 90 in victory over Aston Villa.
Gatting told arsenal.com: “Benik was excellent. It’s the first 90 minutes he’s played since his long-term injury, he’s trained really well and credit to the boy, he’s come through and played that sort of intensity for 90 minutes.”
